Dream Vision Charity is organizing a walkathon on October 23 at the Bellevue Downtown Park to raise funds for patients suffering from breast cancer. Dream Vision Charity is a proud partner of National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.®
1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. In 2021, an estimated 281,550 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in women in the U.S. as well as 49,290 new cases of non-invasive (in situ) breast cancer. (source:: cancer.org).
63% of breast cancer cases are diagnosed at a localized stage, for which the 5-year relative survival rate is 99%. (source::cancer.net). This is why it is important we spread awareness and help bring an impact. This is needed NOW more than ever.
